Rajeev Kumar is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OwnGCC, a company built to challenge traditional outsourcing models and eliminate unnecessary operational fat. With over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and operating global outsourcing teams, Rajeev has worked across multiple domains including mortgage, insurance, healthcare, fintech, and logistics.
Prior to OwnGCC, Rajeev co-founded Flatworld Mortgage Solutions and held leadership roles at Flatworld Solutions, [24]7.ai, and the Aditya Birla Group. These roles entailed leading and working with large, multi-geo delivery teams and complex client engagements. These experiences gave him deep, firsthand insight into how conventional outsourcing and GCC models often become bloated—with excessive layers, rigid contracts, and misaligned incentives.
At OwnGCC, Rajeev brings a lean, operator-first mindset—focused on transparency, client control, and measurable outcomes. His vision is simple: help clients build high-performing global teams that is owned, not outsourced.

Rohit Iyer joins OwnGCC as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than two decades of proven HR leadership and talent strategy expertise. Rohit’s career spans top global organisations and large Global Capability Centers, where he has seen firsthand how traditional operating models accumulate structural “fat” that drives up cost and dilutes performance. Before joining OwnGCC, Rohit held senior roles at PwC, leading Learning & Development, Leadership Coaching, and DEI practices; served as Associate Director of Learning & Development at KPMG Global Services; and led talent transformation at Accenture and other multinational firms.
His deep operational experience across diverse corporate environments equips him with unique insight into what makes talent organisations efficient, scalable, and performance-driven. At OwnGCC, Rohit is responsible for building and scaling high-impact talent acquisition, development, and retention practices that support lean, outcome-focused teams. His expertise ensures OwnGCC consistently recruits, upskills, and retains the right talent to deliver value for clients while driving a healthy culture of ownership and growth.

Michael D. McAuley is a Principal of Garrett, McAuley & Co., a banking and mortgage banking consulting firm that “helps lenders increase revenues, control costs, and better manage risk.” He managed the warehouse lending business for Washington Mutual and JP Morgan Chase and was formerly in mortgage banker finance and lending at the Irving Trust Company and Bank United of Texas.
Mike provides consulting services to mortgage bankers, regulators, and other industry professionals, and he has helped commercial banks establish, assess, and improve their mortgage warehouse lending operations.
Mike is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.; a past chairman of the RMA Warehouse Lenders Roundtable; member of the Warehouse Lending Subcommittee at the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association; and a Graduate with Distinction, Willis Bryant Award finalist, and Lecturer at the School of Mortgage Banking.

James M. Deitch is an entrepreneur, having founded two national banks, several mortgage banking ventures, and four technology-oriented companies. He currently serves as co-founder and CEO of Teraverde group of companies. Teraverde is a technology product developer and professional advisor to financial services companies. Teraverde helps banks and mortgage bankers achieve greater profitability, streamlined operations and process improvement while staying fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Prior to Teraverde, Deitch was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of American Home Bank N.A. Under Deitch’s leadership, American Home Bank has been cited as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States by INC. Magazine. The Bank was named one of the top 50 residential lenders in the United States by SourceMedia, publisher of American Banker. American Home Bank was ultimately acquired by BBT.
He served as CEO of three other federally insured banks.
Jim is a frequent speaker, industry thought leader and best-selling author. He is working on his fourth book, “Disruptive AI: It’s Coming to You or For You” to be published in Spring 2026.

Previously, George held several Senior Leadership roles at TJX Canada, most recently as Assistant Vice
President – Logistics Shared Services, where he drove increased profitability through innovation and
strategic planning. He has held several progressive roles in Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
George has led the design and execution of Freight Forwarding operations in China which led to cost and
risk mitigation. He has traveled extensively in China and Europe, designing and implementing network
improvements delivering on increased profitability and performance. He has held progressive senior roles
in Operations and Finance over the last 25+ years with Tier 1 Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and
Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies such as Molson Coors, Bell Mobility and Coca Cola
Foods.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Canada) and holds a degree in Business
Management. Recognized as a natural people leader, George excels at bridging strategic vision with
operational execution, consistently delivering executable solutions that drive profitability for organizations.

Doug Levy is an experienced business operator and management consultant with deep roots in the insurance industry. He has spent much of his career in property and casualty insurance, including senior operational leadership roles where he scaled teams, improved margins, and modernized service delivery models.
Doug brings extensive hands-on experience working with outsourced and distributed teams across India, the Philippines, and Latin America. He has evaluated, implemented, and managed offshore operating models for insurance agencies and service organizations, giving him a practical understanding of what works, what fails, and why many traditional outsourcing arrangements underperform.
His advisory work focuses on hiring strategy, organizational design, process improvement, and operational accountability, with an emphasis on aligning incentives and building durable, high-trust teams. Doug is known for translating complex operational challenges into clear, executable solutions for founders and executives, and for helping insurance businesses leverage global talent in ways that improve performance and long-term sustainability.
